Admission Instructions – GRP International School

At GRP International School, we follow a streamlined and transparent admission process to ensure a fair opportunity for all applicants. The school reserves the right to admit students based on the admission test and other criteria, as deemed fit. All decisions related to admissions are final and rest with the school management.

Documents Required for Admission

Classes: Pre-Nursery to First

1. Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate.
2. Three Passport-size Photographs (latest).
3. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card.

Classes: 2nd to 9th

1. Original TC/SLC (duly countersigned for non-CBSE students).
2. Report Card of the previous class.
3. Three Passport-size Photographs (latest).
4. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card.
5. 
   

Class: 10th

1. Original TC/SLC (duly countersigned for non-CBSE students).
2. Class 9th Report Card with PSA result.
3. CBSE Registration Slip of Class 9th.
4. Affidavit stating the reason for changing the school.
5. Proof of Old and New Residence/Job Transfer.
6. Three Passport-size Photographs (latest).
7. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card.
8. 
   

Class: 11th

1. Original TC/SLC (duly countersigned for non-CBSE students).
2. Character Certificate.
3. Photocopy of Class 10th Report Card.
4. Migration Certificate (for non-CBSE or out-of-state students).
5. Three Passport-size Photographs (latest).
6. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card.

Class: 12th

1. Original TC/SLC (duly countersigned for non-CBSE students).
2. Character Certificate.
3. Photocopy of Class 10th Report Card.
4. CBSE Registration Slip of Class 11th.

Admission Test

Admission tests are conducted based on the CBSE & HBSE syllabus of the previous academic year:

LKG to UKG

• Written test for English, Maths, and Hindi.

Classes 1st to 5th

• Written test for English, Maths, Hindi, and EVS.
• 
  

Classes 6th to 10th

• Written test for English, Maths, and Science.
• 
  

Class 11th

• Commerce/Medical/Non-Medical: Written test for English, Maths, and Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).
• 
  

Class 12th

• Commerce: Written test for English, Economics, Accounts, and Business Studies.
• Medical: Written test for English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
• Non-Medical: Written test for English, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths.
• Arts: Written test based on 11th class subjects.
